Shannon Crawford serves as Chief Human Resources Officer for ETR Service and East Texas Radiator, bringing 20 years of experience and dedication to the organization. A Longview native, Shannon has deep roots in the East Texas community and takes pride in supporting the people who contribute to the company’s continued success.

Throughout her career, Shannon has been committed to fostering a positive workplace, supporting employees, and helping build a strong organizational culture. Her approach to human resources centers on people, relationships, and creating an environment where employees and the company can thrive together.

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family. She and her husband are proud parents of three daughters and grandparents to two grandchildren.
