Devadeau Drayden joined the ETR Team in 2012 and has built a diverse career through hands-on experience and leadership within the company. He attended Kilgore College further developing his technical and professional skills.

Throughout his career with ETR, he has held several key positions, including Machine Operator, Shop Foreman, and Quality Control Manager. These roles have given him valuable experience across multiple areas of operations, manufacturing, quality control, and team leadership.

His progression through various positions has provided him with a well-rounded understanding of ETR’s operations, from the shop floor to quality management and leadership. He brings years of practical experience, technical knowledge, and a commitment to helping the ETR Team maintain high standards and achieve its goals.
